At SIM Demon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return most products in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
